
Technology at Seniors Expo 2007Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia (PressExposure) May 01, 2007 -- The Expo will open at 8:30a.m. and run until 3:00 p.m. Golden Age Technology based in Pottsville Beach but servicing the Tweed Shire has been established specifically to install, configure and possibly design Assistive Technology solutions for people with disabilities. Their services range form the most basic such as setting up a computer, connecting it to the internet and customising the settings for ease of use, through to the most complicated issues such as creating digital tools that can speak with a synthesied version of the customers own voice. Screen readers, text to speech, speech to text, mobility aids are all topics that can be discussed.
