The idea first came to Travis Ludlow, founder, after his 10-year-old son tried to vote for one of his favorite TV episodes on-line and was accidentally directed to a pornography site. Tired of all the “filth” on the Internet, he decided to create a safe place for all to visit that will uplift and highlight all of the good things in the world.

“Ordinary people do extraordinary things every day,” states Travis, “and this website will be a vessel for people all over the world to share their amazing stories.”

Other websites offer individual features of this website separately, but itsagoodday.org offers videos, pictures, stories, family websites, and homepage settings at one location.

Itsagoodday.org launched on January 28, 2008 and we have grown tremendously. In only 2 ½ weeks we have an average of 35,000 hits a day, and we have an average of 2,000 users online at given period.
