
Hector Cadena Hired as Vice President of Sales for Cable Com, IncAustin, Texas (PressExposure) January 28, 2007 -- In 1996, Hector Cadena entered the telecommunications industry when he was hired by Cable Com, Inc as a salesman. Within a year and a half, he was promoted to sales manager. During the dot com boom, Hector was recruited to help start and build a new telecommunications company called Convergence Cabling. As sales manager, Hector earned Convergence Cabling a large portion of the local market share. Even during the post 911 bust, when many other telecom companies went out of business, Hector managed to continue to increase his company's market share. While the telecom industy's typical business model is built around lowest-bid contracts, Hector has built his name and reputation on long-term business relationships. Hector Cadena has re-united with former associates in January of 2007 when he was hired as Vice President of Sales for Cable Com, Inc.
