If the query is not resolved within half an hour, it is escalated to level II, and further to level III which is the highest priority level. The administrator has access to all these details and can take immediate action, if and when required to.

Re-issue of tickets : The system ensures full customer satisfaction by re-issuing tickets in case the customer is not satisfied with the back-end support. Re-issued tickets are put on priority.

Feedback Reports : The administrator gets reports for all the tickets raised by customers, the total time taken to resolve it, and the level at which it was resolved.

Knowledge base : All the clients as well as the administrator can put articles, queries and their solutions on the system's knowledge base. This allows the entire organization to get accustomed to new issues and their solution.
