Crossways, United Kingdom (PressExposure) April 17, 2008 -- The Cornwallis hotel in Brome, Suffolk, has welcomed Paul Orridge, formerly of the Cityside hotel and conference group, as general manager to lead the team at the distinctive four star property.

With 24 years experience in the hospitality industry in both the UK and Europe, Paul brings with him a wealth of experience following a number of management and operational roles. Paul, who worked for over 20 years as a chef, will be looking to develop the hotel’s fine dining offer as well as heading up the Cornwallis which is part of the national group, Oxford Hotels & Inns.

Paul comments: “I’m delighted to be joining the Cornwallis and working with the dedicated team to develop the hotel to its fullest potential. With its great location, coupled with the first-rate facilities, including the recently refurbished restaurant, I look forward to putting the hotel firmly on the map.”
